World Religions (B308)

Description
The serious study of any religion requires careful reading of its primary texts, preferably in the original language. This, however, is an ideal that few people can approach. Almost without exception, the sacred scriptures of the world are cryptic and difficult for novices to understand. In addition, everyone will find that one or the other of the religions is of greater interest, but does not know, at the beginning, where to start. So you need an accessible overview. General studies aim to meet this need by transmitting the basic principles - or beliefs - of each religion to a high level.
